Risotto

untitled

so, effectively – by not banking
on change to a rule which has
you constrained to downbeat
mediocrity you’ll probably end
the day much as you started it

and a blessed fine day it is too,
with oodles of sun and a fresh
breeze to dry loads of washing
pegged out to Nature’s already
cute ministrations

by now aromas of bread on the
bake filter through a churlish
dispensation & you cannot fail
to be wooed, this is affection
astutely personified

much harder to play Figaro than
relish disaffection, like risotto in
a role appearing too flaky for
haute table cuisine but bearing
every gustatory innuendo
