Hedging

What does it mean to owe no-
one and own nothing; for some
an infinite refuge from abuse by
events beyond their control, so
was it chance, do you wonder if
it could have been another way:
causes exist for outcomes which
aren’t unfailingly even credible

But obligations are currency, a
reliable exchange for affective
interrelations, so I’m broke and
rationally protest your hedging
bets against another punter’s
emotional speculation
