If the whole day slides on the premise
this is a day to avoid doing anything
then it has started well; but it has to be
more refined than an evasive sinecure
with structured set of rules where even
thinking of the things you’re not going
to do becomes passé, or better yet, is
disqualified as being far too indulgent
Not doing anything sets challenges –
remember you can’t even think of it or
you’re in breach of rules you’ve yet to
determine, which you can’t because
it isn’t doing zip – and, by writing this,
you’re surely not doing anyway
