Having ceased work as I don’t need to
make ends meet that way has meant a
review of what yon toil thing is about –
no point breaking out into a sweat and
fooling yourself it’s got merit when you
find it prickly as well as unseemly; new
vistas engage quickly if you think out
aloud i.e., exactly what is a work ethic?
Be frank, state you don’t know, care or
have a mind to go find out – it sounds
like work and you don’t do it anymore;
whoever suggests your best interests
are jeopardised through not caring can
go take a hike – which is like work
