Having the wit to see what needs fixing isn’t
a sinecure, just like complaining about rates
of remuneration won’t change knowing what
the difference means; and there’s truth in a
belief you’re only paid what you think you’re
worth if you can understand that absurdity.
So by raising your tariff guess who is about
to change lanes and employ whom
Sure, we need to repair the system if there
is to be equity, but no-one pays for wisdom
based on such lucid views of what is wrong,
that’s responsibility you pray won’t be bent
into your wages as equal pay for not being
too equally on top of what really matters
