Beating Those Blues

clip_image002

One of those days where going sideways makes
more sense and any form of motion incidentally
compensates for being frozen in place; it’s not a
race to anywhere really although stasis fears so
easily rule. Maybe that idea of being left behind
took precedence from an aghast look out of the
corner of the eyes to where nothing is queering
the pitch but your primitively vivid imagination

So we sashay askance a bit, seems like a dance
we can trade for sanity; & there’s even space in
this view of progress – and we’ll make use of it,
tomorrow may be another day we’ll rue it as an
indefensible indolence, but you’re already a fan
of inventive ways to beating those blues
