Admitting it is more than just a passing phase
suggests there’s wisdom there, insight gained
being aware of prejudiced purviews on issues
larger than one’s egos contemplation – a rare
advantage but you’ll likely waste it anyway as
you have to be fair and parse it into wages; &
that isn’t easy – okay, a mild bout, just a wee
bit of depression per se, but no worries
Now we’re where we can see that’s depression
sitting on your shoulder – and you want to say
it isn’t as bad as you’re making it seem; whew,
we’d have never known if you had not been so
open and honest – concealing only an inability
to not be depressed about being depressed
