Through The Buzz

So plucking the fine hair growing in your
ears is considered affectatious - you are
not supposed to know it’s there; & why I
ask, if you know that face in the mirror it
seems reasonable they belong to you, a
daunting singularly hirsute expression if,
maybe you’ll laugh, it captures attention
but - oddly, no one seems to mention it

except your barber of course - & there it
is professional interest; any area where
hair grows they care - so eyebrow trims
are up there with nostril hair, that beard
needs a slasher too, but ears; now who
ever heard that through the buzz?
