This ITM Cup hysteria had a consequence
you’d never guess, to find what it means

to have little impact on anything  – or am
I missing the obvious overdosing live in a
rash of spirited Rugby semi-finals

Today I’ve seen Counties-Manukau duel 
with Southland & currently Canterbury
battle Taranaki; amazing scenes & great
entertainment, later Wellington will take
on arch enemy Auckland in a test of who
really matters in Provincial ascendency

Yesterday Otago won a boil-over against
Tasman to play Counties on Friday – while
this as-yet undecided game grinds on with
an extra 10 minutes each way; hopefully a
bit rubs off gratefully on the Timber chaps
& they earn a deeply deserved respect
