Chapattis, yes – just felt the need to
express that little extra for beef curry
so very slowly crock-pot cooked; ‘Mr
Spice’ & his shy wife have agreeably
balanced their condiments mix exact
for our palates – it lilts with requisite
bouquet and flavours sing true; can’t
wait for eating to begin patiently
Great way to celebrate ‘flu recovery,
we couldn’t taste much before today
haute cuisine being largesse wasted
in a drought of aromatic repentance
but that’s over now and the moon is
full of freshly fried chapattis
