Keep Them In View

clip_image002

It may be a reflection of fate – the chainsaw
blade scratches are placed where your view
cannot mitigate what might have happened,
if you chose to see it that way – but they’re
etched on the #2 pair of glasses lenses as
graphically clear messages; this is a safety
consciousness as an instantaneous state of
mind – what else might be an aberration

So they’re the glasses you wear – you’re an
enigma disguised as a riddle almost wearing
scars such it wasn’t an indiscretion as much
as loose-fittings; where they fell suggests it
too had more to do with luck, reminders as
such unfussy hints you keep in view
